Are you passionate about education and helping young learners flourish? We are seeking a committed KS1 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in High Wycombe. We are looking for individuals who:
  • Are confident in their ability to support and engage with young children.
  • Can create a fun and nurturing learning environment.
  • Have strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
  • Are adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic classroom setting.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with planning and delivering engaging classroom activities.
  • Supervise break and lunchtime activities.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to children.
  • Monitor student behaviour and progress, and provide feedback to the teacher.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children in a school or similar setting is ideal.
  • A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to foster a positive and creative classroom atmosphere.
Qualifications:
  • A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent is desirable, but not essential.
  • An Enhanced DBS check is required (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Any qualifications or experience relating to childcare and working with children are beneficial.
Pay: £86 per day (PAYE) + Holiday Pay
