Join a dedicated SEN environment in Slough as a full-time Teaching Assistant to start in January, supporting KS3 students with PMLD, ASD, and SLCN. This nurturing and inclusive setting focuses on helping each student reach their full potential through tailored support and collaboration with a strong team of teachers and therapists.
Responsibilities:
🔹 Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with PMLD, ASD, and SLCN.
🔹 Assist with personal care and sensory activities.
🔹 Implement individual learning plans and communication strategies.
🔹 Support social, emotional, and academic development.
Requirements:
🔹 Previous experience working with SEN students, especially those with PMLD, ASD, or SLCN.
🔹 A patient, empathetic approach with strong communication skills.
🔹 Relevant qualifications (Level 2 or 3 TA, Health & Social Care, or similar).
🔹 Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to SEN education.
