Requirements:
- QTS certification and teaching experience in Early Years.
- An understanding of the national curriculum and effective methods for teaching.
- Possessing excellent classroom management skills and the ability to establish a safe and engaging learning environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Genuine enthusiasm for education and attention to facilitating the intellectual, emotional, and social growth of students.
