Are you a teacher devoted to education and looking for a new opportunity to influence young minds? We are seeking an exceptional  Teacher to join our team at a Primary School in Wycombe for a term covering maternity leave. Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver fun and interactive lessons that align with the national curriculum, nurturing academic development and a love of learning.
  • Create a classroom environment where all students feel valued, supported, and motivated to reach their fullest potential.
  • Ensure individual students' diverse learning needs are met by assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and adapting teaching strategies to meet those needs.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the school's curriculum and educational initiatives through interaction with coworkers.
  • To ensure a collaborative approach to education, cultivate effective communication and positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
 
Requirements:
 
  • QTS certification and teaching experience in Early Years.
  • An understanding of the national curriculum and effective methods for teaching.
  • Possessing excellent classroom management skills and the ability to establish a safe and engaging learning environment.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for education and attention to facilitating the intellectual, emotional, and social growth of students.
