Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons, ensuring all pupils are engaged and supported.
- Work one-to-one or in small groups with Key Stage 2 pupils, including those with additional needs, to provide tailored learning support.
- Help prepare and organise classroom resources and materials.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, supporting pupils' emotional and social development.
- Provide feedback to the class teacher on pupil progress and areas requiring additional support.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe, productive learning atmosphere.
- Previous experience working with Key Stage 2 pupils or as a Teaching Assistant (preferred but not essential).
- A patient, encouraging, and proactive approach to supporting children's learning and development.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- A genuine passion for education and helping children achieve their full potential.
