We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join a school in Reading to start ASAP. Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils with their academic, emotional, and social development
- Assisting in delivering creative and engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils
- Collaborating with teaching staff to provide a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
- Offering one-to-one or small group support for children with SEN or those needing additional help
What We Are Looking For:
- A passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A flexible and adaptable approach to different teaching environments
- Previous experience in a school setting is desirable, but not essential for all roles
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
