Key Responsibilities:
- Work with pupils in small groups or on a 1:1 basis, providing targeted support
- Assist with adapting lesson materials to meet individual learning needs
- Support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring they remain engaged and focused
- Encourage positive behaviour and social interactions in the classroom
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to track pupil progress and development
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate nature
- Ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- A patient and adaptable approach to supporting children’s individual needs
