Responsibilities:
- Deliver organised lessons in an array of subject areas and levels of learning, in accordance with the school's curriculum and work schemes.
- Maintain a positive and productive learning environment, which encourages students to learn while their regular teacher is absent.
- Promote a respectful and inclusive classroom climate by subscribing to and maintaining the school's behaviour management policies.
- Provide students with the necessary support and differentiation to meet their diverse learning requirements.
- Complete required assessments and provide necessary feedback to regular classroom teachers.
- Qualified teacher status (QTS)
- Experience teaching across different year groups and subject areas.
- Extensive familiarity with the national curriculum and relevant teaching methods.
- Maintaining outstanding classroom management skills and the ability to preserve an atmosphere that fosters learning.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities that encourage positive relationships with pupils and coworkers.
