Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
- Track and assess students' progress, providing feedback to both pupils and parents.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love for learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Previous experience teaching in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
- Strong classroom management skills and a passion for student development.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
