We are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a vibrant three form-entry primary school in Maidenhead. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about supporting children's learning and development in a nurturing environment.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting both teachers and students to ensure a productive and positive learning experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting with classroom activities, providing one-on-one support to students, and contributing to a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere within the school.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, including those with special educational needs.
- Help maintain a safe and engaging learning environment.
- Support students in their social and emotional development.
- Assist with the supervision of pupils during breaks and lunchtimes.
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of educational activities and outings.
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role is desirable.
- A passion for working with children and a commitment to their education and well-being.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
