We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic primary school in Maidenhead. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children’s learning and development. The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers to assist in delivering high-quality education, provide targeted support to individual students or small groups, and help create an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
- Support the social and emotional development of students, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Help prepare classroom resources and organise learning materials.
- Assist in managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Support students during non-classroom activities, such as lunchtimes, trips, and assemblies.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, SEN coordinators, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
- A passion for working with children and helping them achieve their potential.
- An understanding of the primary school curriculum and learning strategies.
- Experience supporting children with SEN is an advantage.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards working with children.
