Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
- Provide 1:1 or small group support to students, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support pupils with their academic work, personal development, and social skills.
- Supervise pupils during break times and school activities.
- Work collaboratively with the wider school team to promote the wellbeing and progress of students.
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children is desirable.
- A passion for working with children and supporting their development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
