Key Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom support to the teacher, ensuring all pupils are engaged and learning effectively.
- Work one-to-one or in small groups with pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to access the curriculum.
- Assist in preparing classroom materials and resources.
- Support the emotional and social development of children, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Help to manage behaviour in the classroom, ensuring a safe and productive atmosphere.
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children (preferred but not essential).
- A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children’s learning.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- A passion for working with children and contributing to their educational development.
