Who are Supply Hive?

Supply Hive has been supporting schools and educators in the Berkshire and Buckinghamshire area since 2021. ​

Supply Hive was created with one main purpose; to better support schools and education professionals in our local area with a fairer and more transparent recruitment service.

We offer fair pay guarantees to qualified teachers, and market-leading pay rates for teaching support staff. We only engage our staff through real PAYE employment, which means there are no hidden payroll charges or additions that can occur when working with Umbrella payroll companies.

Fair Pay for Qualified Teachers

If you are a qualified teacher in England & Wales and hold QTS, Supply Hive will guarantee to pay you to your MPS/UPS if you undertake a full class teacher role. This means that if you are responsible for a class, with all of the normal responsibilities of a teacher that include planning, marking, assessing, you will earn the same amount over a full year with a Supply Hive, compared to a full academic year in a permanent role.
