Supply Hive has been supporting schools and educators in the Berkshire and Buckinghamshire area since 2021.
Supply Hive was created with one main purpose; to better support schools and education professionals in our local area with a fairer and more transparent recruitment service.

Fair Pay for Qualified Teachers
If you are a qualified teacher in England & Wales and hold QTS, Supply Hive will guarantee to pay you to your MPS/UPS if you undertake a full class teacher role. This means that if you are responsible for a class, with all of the normal responsibilities of a teacher that include planning, marking, assessing, you will earn the same amount over a full year with a Supply Hive, compared to a full academic year in a permanent role.
