Are you passionate about supporting the educational journey of young learners? Do you thrive in a nurturing school environment dedicated to inclusion and progress? We are currently seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Windsor first school rated "Good" by Ofsted.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored support to a student with special educational needs (ASD) on a one-to-one basis
  • Assist the teacher in implementing individualised learning plans and accommodations
  • Help to create and maintain a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes the child's academic and social development
  • Collaborate with the teacher and other staff members to monitor the child's progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to provide updates on the child's development and address any concerns
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of young learners
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and techniques
