Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the child on a one-to-one basis, providing targeted support to enhance their learning experience.
- Implement and adapt educational strategies to meet the unique needs of the child.
- Collaborate with the classroom teacher and other support staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Monitor and track the progress of the child, providing feedback to the teaching team and parents/guardians as necessary.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents/guardians.
- A patient and empathetic approach, with a genuine passion for supporting children in their learning.
- Knowledge of different learning styles and the ability to adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- An understanding of the importance of confidentiality and professionalism.
