Supply Hive are looking for passionate and supportive individuals to work alongside a local Bracknell school. This is a Full Time role that is temporary but has the potential to go permanent.

Responsibilities: 
  • You will be assisting the Class Teacher and supporting children with a higher level of needs. This may include working with small groups of children and delivering activities yourself.
  • You will also be responsible for encouraging children's emotional and social development. You will need to have a strong ability to manage the classroom and the children's behavviour and attention.
  • You will often set up resources and ensure lessons are well prepared allowing them to run smoother.

Requirements:
  • Relevant experience working with children is essential, preferably within a school setting.
  • You should also have an Enhanced Child DBS.
  • You will need to hold the right to work in the UK.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
