Responsibilities:
- You will be assisting the Class Teacher and supporting children with a higher level of needs. This may include working with small groups of children and delivering activities yourself.
- You will also be responsible for encouraging children's emotional and social development. You will need to have a strong ability to manage the classroom and the children's behavviour and attention.
- You will often set up resources and ensure lessons are well prepared allowing them to run smoother.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience working with children is essential, preferably within a school setting.
- You should also have an Enhanced Child DBS.
- You will need to hold the right to work in the UK.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
