As an EYFS Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of the school's youngest learners. You will lead a team of dedicated and talented early years educators, ensuring that every child in your care receives the best possible start to their educational journey.
We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the EYFS curriculum and assessment frameworks, as well as a track record of inspiring and motivating early years teams. You will be a natural leader, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the EYFS team with confidence and positivity
- Ensure the safeguarding of all children in your care
- Attend CPD training sessions and pupil progress meetings where appropriate
- Build relationships with the children and the wider community
- Monitor attainment of all children in the year group
