Position: Teaching Assistant (EYFS)
Location: Wokingham
Salary: £86 per day, including holiday pay

Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons that cater to the individual needs of EYFS students.
- Support children's learning through small group activities, one-on-one interventions, and classroom management.
- Create a stimulating learning environment that promotes curiosity, exploration, and creativity.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning community.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with young children, preferably in an educational setting.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and a passion for promoting children's holistic development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic classroom environment.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
