Responsibilities:
- Filling in as required for different grade levels in a primary school setting.
- Assisting schools on a short-term or medium-term basis
- Manage student expectations and track student progress to report to the school.
- Supporting pupils with special needs and/or disabilities (SEND).
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Relevant or prior experience working with children at the level of primary school or in a primary school setting.
- A positive and forward-thinking outlook on education and learning.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service.
- Knowledge of the SEND framework, KS1 and KS2 curriculums
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to working with children and a track record of successful teaching. The right applicant will have a positive approach towards flexibility and adaptability for the role, as well as a readiness to accept new challenges in the shape of other schools and different year groups.
