Our vibrant 'Good' partnering school in the centre of Bracknell is seeking a dedicated Supply Teacher to join our Year 2 team on a flexible basis. Role:
As a Flexible Supply Teacher with Supply Hive, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons and activities in line with the national curriculum.
  • Providing a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel motivated to learn and succeed.
  • Managing classroom behavior effectively to ensure a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
  • Collaborating with the school's teaching staff to ensure consistency and coherence in teaching practices.
  • Supporting students' social and emotional development, fostering a sense of belonging and inclusion within the classroom community.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience working with primary school-aged children, preferably in Key Stage 1.
  • Strong knowledge of the Year 2 curriculum and proficiency in delivering lessons across various subjects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with students, colleagues, and parents effectively.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic educational environment.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a genuine passion for education.
