- Follow the school's curriculum and adapt lesson plans as needed to meet the needs of the class.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students to facilitate their academic and personal growth.
Requirements:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Previous experience teaching in primary schools.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different year groups and classroom settings.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
