We are searching for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join an OFSTED Outstanding school on a Full-Time basis. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to our students, ensuring their health and fostering their early development.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the class teacher in designing and delivering engaging activities that foster the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of children.
  • Provide a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages children's exploration, independence, and curiosity.
  • Assist children with personal care tasks while ensuring their protection and well-being at all times.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and coworkers by collaborating with the staff to establish and maintain an inclusive and welcoming environment.
  • Observe and evaluate the development of children, documenting their accomplishments and providing parents with feedback.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification or equivalent relating to Education/ childcare.
  • Work experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a comparable early childhood setting.
  • Knowledge and comprehension of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and early childhood education best practises.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the capacity to interact effectively with children, parents, and coworkers.
  • A nurturing and compassionate approach, coupled with a genuine interest in fostering the growth of young children.
Pay: £86.00 per day PAYE
