Responsibilities:
- Assisting teachers in implementing lesson plans.
- Fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Supporting students with special education needs (SEND) in both 1:1 and class-based roles.
- Monitor the development of students and relaying it back to the teacher.
- Previous experience working with children who have special needs.
- A genuine passion for education and the well being of children.
- Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to cultivate fun and positive learning environments.
- A level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent is preferred, but not essential.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check is required to work with children.
- Skills that relate to childcare and working with children.
