We are looking for a full time teaching assistant to join a reputable school in Wycombe who are committed to providing quality education in an learning environment that is inclusive to both learners and staff! We are looking for people who:
  • Have a passion for education and are confident when working with children.
  • Can cultivate a fun and creative learning environment where children can learn and have fun.

  • Are adaptable and can accommodate ever-changing classroom environments.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with planning and delivering classroom lessons & activities.
  • Oversee break and lunchtime activities.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group assistance to children.
  • Monitor learner behaviour and development to relay feedback to the teacher.
Requirements
  • Previous relevant experience working with children in a classroom setting.
  • A genuine passion for education and childcare.
  • Ability to cultivate a positive and creative learning environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
  • A level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent is preferred, but not essential.
  • A valid Enhanced DBS check is required to work with children.
  • Skills that relate to childcare and working with children.
Pay: £86 per day, PAYE
