Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with teachers to develop and execute lesson plans effectively.
  • Assisting in organising daily classroom tasks and setting up the learning environment.
  • Maintaining an active presence in the classroom, fostering a lively and inclusive atmosphere for learning.
  • Tracking student progress closely and communicating observations to the lead teacher.
  • Providing personalised support to students, whether individually or in small groups, who require extra assistance.
  • Facilitating the development of students' social and academic abilities.
 
Requirements:
To qualify, you must have a valid and enhanced DBS on the update service, We will provide you with up-to-date safeguarding training. You will need to have some sort of experience or handling in order to be considered for the role!
