Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and delivering lessons under the direction of the class teacher.
- Support students with their learning, both in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.
- Cover classes and deliver lessons in the teacher's absence.
- Contribute to the assessment and tracking of progress.
- Provide support for children with special educational needs.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- HLTA qualification or equivalent.
- Experience working in a primary school setting.
- Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
- Ability to manage and support children effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work.
- Competitive pay rate of £110 per day.
