We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team in our Windsor First School. As an HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting teaching and learning across the school, working closely with teachers to raise achievement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and delivering lessons under the direction of the class teacher.
  • Support students with their learning, both in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.
  • Cover classes and deliver lessons in the teacher's absence.
  • Contribute to the assessment and tracking of progress.
  • Provide support for children with special educational needs.
  • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
  • HLTA qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a primary school setting.
  • Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
  • Ability to manage and support children effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work.
