We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Key Stage 1 Teacher to join our team at a First School in Windsor. This position will commence after the May half term break. The successful candidate will have experience teaching in Key Stage 1 and a passion for fostering a love of learning in young children.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that align with the Key Stage 1 curriculum and promote academic and personal development.
  • Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to support the learning needs of children and ensure that all children are able to make progress.
  • Assess progress through ongoing assessment and regular feedback and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and deliver cross-curricular projects and enrichment activities.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to provide updates on progress and offer support and guidance as needed.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 1
  • Creativity and adaptability in lesson planning
  • Ability to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
