The school are currently looking for a qualified teacher to join them as part of a job share (2 dpw) in their Reception Class. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality, interactive lessons that cater to the needs of young learners.
- Create a welcoming and stimulating learning environment that promotes curiosity, exploration, and social interaction.
- Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and carers to support children's holistic development.
- Assess students' progress and maintain accurate records of their achievements and areas for development.
- Collaborate effectively with your job share partner and other colleagues to ensure continuity and consistency in teaching and learning.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in the EYFS preferred
- Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and pedagogy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual children
