Supply Hive are looking for a talented part time Teacher, dedicated to creating a positive and encouraging learning environment. We specialise in connecting passionate educators with rewarding teaching opportunities, ensuring continuity and quality at all times. We are recruiting a Teacher to support a larger local school in Bracknell, that pride themselves on their warm and friendly ethos. Although this role starts off temporary, there is potential to go permanent if this is something you are interested in. 

As a Supply Teacher with Supply Hive, you will play a vital role in maintaining the continuity of education by stepping in for Teachers across a variety of subjects and year groups. You will have the opportunity to work in diverse educational settings, from primary schools to secondary institutions, adapting quickly to different classroom environments and student needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Delivering engaging and effective lessons based on the provided curriculum and lesson plans.
  • Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Providing support and guidance to students to facilitate their learning and academic progress.
  • Collaborating with school staff and administrators to ensure smooth transitions and effective communication.
  • Completing administrative tasks such as taking attendance and reporting on student progress as required.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status.
  • Previous experience working as a teacher or educator preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and situations.
  • Reliable and punctual with a professional work ethic.
