We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Part-time Supply Teacher to join our team on a 3-day per week basis. You will be working alongside our Partnering school in the West side of Maidenhead. They are an OFSTED 'Good' and have a very supportive team. As a Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for covering KS1 classes, providing engaging and effective teaching in the absence of the regular class teacher. These 3 days are flexible and does not require any planning responsibilities. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons and activities to KS1 students in accordance with school policies and curriculum guidelines.
  • Maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment conducive to the academic and social development of students.
  • Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring student safety and well-being at all times.
  • Collaborating with school staff to ensure a smooth transition for students during teacher absences.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience working with KS1 students preferred.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to teaching, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
