We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and adaptable part-time KS1 Teacher to join our team for September! Whether you're an experienced teacher or newly qualified, this is a fantastic chance to enjoy part-time work in a reputable school in High Wycombe! The school has been rated 'Outstanding' by OFSTED, and you will have a supportive team working alongside you to assist in providing engaging and effective lessons for KS1 children.

What You'll Do:
• Deliver Engaging Lessons - Teach a variety of subjects to KS1 pupils with enthusiasm.
• Adapt to Students' Needs - Customise your teaching methods to support all learners.
• Create a Positive Classroom - Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Manage Classroom Behaviour - Follow school policies to maintain class control.
• Assess Work - Mark and evaluate student work as needed.
• Communicate Effectively - Keep clear lines of communication open with students & parents.

What We’re Looking For!:
• Qualifications - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Classroom Management - Strong skills in maintaining classroom order.
• Interpersonal Skills - Great at communicating and building relationships.
• Flexibility - Positive and adaptable attitude.
• DBS Check - A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.

We offer a very competitive pay ranging from £31,350-£42,689 depending on duties you may choose to take up and pay scale. You'll have the opportunity to experience a high-end school setting, working within a friendly and supportive network. For long-term roles with full responsibilities, you'll be paid according to your MPS.
