Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom support to teachers during their usual TA's absence
- Assist with implementing lesson plans and engaging students in learning activities
- Support students with their classwork
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a respectful and safe atmosphere
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to meet the educational needs of the children
- Communicate effectively with children, teachers, and parents/guardians
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to work well with children
- Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and classroom environments
- Flexibility and willingness to work on short notice
- Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare is a plus

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours.
