Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality PPA cover for Key Stage 1 classes, ensuring continuity in learning and maintaining a positive and engaging classroom environment.
- Deliver well-planned and differentiated lessons that cater to the needs of the children.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure a seamless transition during PPA cover periods.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere that encourages participation.
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies to create a safe and positive learning environment.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with relevant experience teaching Key Stage 1.
- Proven ability to plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
