Are you a teacher devoted to education and looking for a new opportunity to influence young minds? We are seeking an exceptional Teacher to join our team at a local Wycombe Primary School in a PPA cover role with a flexible schedule! 
 
Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver lessons, planned by the class teacher. 
  • Create a fun and safe classroom environment where students are engaged with the learning materials.
  • Tailor lesson plans to meet the needs of all students.
  • Ensure individual students' diverse learning needs are met. 
  • Ensure a collaborative approach to education, cultivate effective communication and positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
 
Requirements:
 
  • QTS certification and teaching experience.
  • An understanding of the national curriculum and effective methods for teaching
  • Possessing excellent classroom management skills and the ability to establish a safe and engaging learning environment.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for education and attention to facilitating the intellectual, emotional, and social growth of students.
