Supply Hive are currently supporting a three form entry school in South Bracknell, who are looking for a full-time Teaching Assistant to support with both KS1 and KS2 classes. The school are looking for a role model who can example their high standards of work, which encourages students to achieve their highest aspiration. You will also be working closely with parents and the whole community. This role will begin as temporary, but there is potential for it to go permanent. 

As a Teaching Assistant with Supply Hive, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and students within school settings. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a supportive team to deliver effective lessons, provide individualised support to students, and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting teachers in preparing and delivering engaging lessons and activities.
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional assistance.
- Helping to manage classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
- Collaborating with teachers and school staff to address the needs of students and facilitate their academic progress.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a teaching assistant or in a similar role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different educational settings and with varying age groups.
- Reliable and punctual with a professional work ethic.
