About the Role: Position: Reception Class Teacher (First Term Only) Location: Slough Start Date: September Contract Type: Temporary (First Term Only)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs of Reception children
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and social development
- Assess progress and provide feedback to support their growth
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic development of each child
- Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and incorporate them into teaching strategies
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience working with Reception-aged children preferred
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to continuous professional development
