About the Role: Position: Reception Class Teacher (First Term Only) Location: Slough Start Date: September Contract Type: Temporary (First Term Only)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs of Reception children
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and social development
  • Assess progress and provide feedback to support their growth
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic development of each child
  • Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and incorporate them into teaching strategies
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience working with Reception-aged children preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
