Responsibilities:
- Assessing the children’s learning and progress in order to provide constructive feedback
- Create a fun and exciting environment for the children where they can positively grow and develop their knowledge
- Planning and preparing informative yet engaging lessons that align with the schools curriculum
- Work with other colleagues to implement and elaborate effective teaching strategies
- Ensure the classroom is a positive and safe environment for all
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in secondary education
- Excellent knowledge of the UK national curriculum and assessment procedures
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive learning environment
- DBS (preferably on the update service, or willing to apply for a new one if not)
- Eligible to work in the UK
- 2 references from your most recent employers
