About the Role:
Responsibilities:
- Work in our Resource Base, supporting children with SEN
- Be flexible and adaptable, as our staff are deployed across various year groups and locations within the school.
- Differentiate work, using resources to support learning.
- Use a visual timetable, changing when required to suit the routine for the day.
- Support with challenging behaviours.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children with SEN.
- Flexibility to work in different year groups and locations as needed.
- Commitment to providing high-quality support.
