Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects and year groups.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of students.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies.
- Mark and assess work as required.
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and a positive attitude.
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
- Competitive daily rate of £160-£218 depending on responsibilities and pay scale.
