We are seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a Year 4 team in one of our schools in Windsor. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced teachers, providing invaluable support to children as they progress through their education journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging lessons.
  • Provide one-to-one or small group support to children who require additional help with their learning.
  • Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all children feel supported and encouraged to succeed.
  • Support the teacher with classroom management and behaviour management strategies.


  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role within a primary school or childcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents/carers.
  • A patient and nurturing approach to supporting children's learning and development.
  • Knowledge of the Year 4 curriculum and the ability to adapt support strategies to meet the needs of individual children.
  • Enhanced DBS disclosure (or willingness to obtain one).
