Role Overview:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with Teachers to enhance the learning experience for students. You will be joining a team of experienced Teaching staff at a school in the north of Bracknell with an ofsted 'Good'. From providing individualised support to assisting with classroom activities, your role will be essential in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers to implement lesson plans and educational activities.
- Provide one-on-one support to students with varying learning needs.
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
- Foster a supportive and engaging learning atmosphere.
- Help with administrative tasks and classroom organisation.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a related role is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Genuine passion for education and supporting student success.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic classroom setting.
