In this role you will be working in a primary school, assisting pupils who may need 1:1 support. You will be working in a reputable school within the local Wycombe area. Responsibilities
- Give assistance to teachers/students who may require it.
- Assist the teacher as needed in structuring lesson plans and maintain classroom orderliness to facilitate an optimal learning environment.
- Observe student development and share feedback with the teacher.
Requirements
- Some type of prior experience with children
- Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
- Dedication towards the improvement of child learning
