This role is based in High Wycombe and we are in need of a Teaching Assistant who can help with pupils who may need additional support. To achieve success, you need to be highly motivated, and you'll have a supportive team backing you at every turn. 
 
 
In this role you will be working in a primary school, assisting pupils who may need 1:1 support. You will be working in a reputable school within the local Wycombe area. Responsibilities
  • Give assistance to teachers/students who may require it.
  • Assist the teacher as needed in structuring lesson plans and maintain classroom orderliness to facilitate an optimal learning environment.
  • Observe student development and share feedback with the teacher.
 
Requirements
  • Some type of prior experience with children
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
  • Dedication towards the improvement of child learning
