We are currently seeking a full-time, dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a 'Good' rated, 2 form entry primary school in East Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a part of a supportive and dynamic educational environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of learning activities and materials.
- Work with individual students and small groups to support their learning and development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students' academic and social growth.
- Help with classroom management and behaviour support to ensure a safe and productive learning atmosphere.
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and help implement individualised education plans.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities as required.

Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role is desirable.
- A passion for working with children and helping them achieve their full potential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Relevant qualifications such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification are advantageous but not essential.
