We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Wokingham with an OFSTED rating of 'Good'.   • Provide support to the class teacher in managing classroom activities and preparing learning materials.
  • Assist students with their academic, emotional, and social development.
  • Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning and help them achieve their potential.
  • Support children with special educational needs (SEN) in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
  • Help maintain a safe and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Relevant experience working with children in a school setting.
  • A genuine passion for education and helping children succeed.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
  • An understanding of the primary school curriculum and child development.
  • A relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) is desirable but not essential.
