You will be working at a one-form-entry primary school, with a highly supportive team and a lot of opportunity to progress. The school are based in a They are currently looking for someone to provide support long term with the potential of it becoming a permanent role, due to start after Easter.
Responsibilities:
- You will be working with a KS1 class, supporting them with their daily activities, acting as a role model.
- You will also be responsible for independently leading creative sessions with small groups of children and ensuring they are engaged.
- You are responsible for behaviour management and maintaining a safe and positive learning environment, that is inclusive of all children.
- You will be working alongside the class teacher and the other members of that year group, to prepare and set up lessons and daily activities.
Requirements:
- You will need to have relevant experience working with children.
- An enhanced DBS that is registered to the update service.
- Right to Work in the UK.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
