We are excited to be working alongside a wonderful school in West Wokingham who are currently recruiting a Teaching Assistant. The school has been given a 'Good' by OFSTED and have a great reputation for being supportive and working collaboratively. This role is perfect for individuals seeking a dynamic and supportive environment where they can make a meaningful impact on children's education. This role will be for a full-time temporary Teaching Assistant, but has the potential to go permanent with good performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Create a positive learning environment for both students and staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
  • Lead engaging lessons that inspire children to actively participate and unleash their creativity.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team to develop and implement innovative teaching resources and strategies.
  • Support the social and cognitive development of children, nurturing their confidence and independence.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • A valid enhanced child DBS registered to the update service.
  • Right to Work in the UK.
