Responsibilities:
🔵Provide personalised support to individual children or small groups,
🔵 Work closely with the teacher to design and deliver interactive, hands-on lessons that encourage early learning.
🔵 Modify and create learning materials to meet the varied needs and learning styles of young children.
🔵 Develop supportive, nurturing relationships with children, boosting their confidence and motivating them to engage in activities.
🔵 Monitor and assess children’s progress, offering valuable feedback and insights to the teaching team to enhance their development.
Requirements:
✅ A true enthusiasm for supporting the development and learning of young children.
✅ Previous experience in a similar position is preferred, but not essential.
✅ Excellent communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
