Role Description: We are seeking dynamic and adaptable Supply Teachers to join our team starting in September. As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of schools in the Windsor area, covering short-term absences and providing continuity in learning for the children. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across different year groups.
  • Maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Follow school policies and procedures, including behaviour management strategies.
  • Collaborate with school staff to ensure continuity in learning during teacher absences.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in UK schools, preferably within primary or secondary education.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Flexibility to travel to different schools within the Windsor area.
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
