Join the team at our First School in Windsor, where our mission is to give support to our children with their academic, moral and social development. The culture of our school is firmly based in kindness and consideration and helping our children to achieve the best they can. 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Year 1 Teacher to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education while nurturing the social development of our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and promote active learning.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued and respected.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and carers to support the holistic development of each child.
  • Assess progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic and personal growth.
  • Implement our school's ethos of care, consideration, and respect in all aspects of teaching and learning.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 preferred
  • Strong understanding of the Year 1 curriculum and pedagogy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to promoting social and moral education
