One of our vibrant and inclusive schools in Windsor are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 4 Teaching Assistant to join their team for 3 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Year 4 class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Work with small groups of children to provide targeted assistance in key subject areas.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of learning materials.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Support the social and emotional development of the children.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to create a nurturing learning environment.
- Provide feedback to the teacher on progress.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children, preferably in a primary school setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Patience, flexibility, and a passion for supporting the education of young learners.
